Hello Priyanka,
There are a total if 311 seats reserved for OBC in all the 14 AIIMS across India.
As you may know that new AIIMS are also added this year.
But still you won't be able to get any if the AIIMS as your category rank is give times the number if seats reserved for your category.
But you should not lose hope and can apply for AIIMS if you still want to.
