Here's why:

1.Most councelling authorities treat government quota  and management quota as two separate admission process.especially in proffesional courses like MBBS,BDS, Engineering etc.

2.Each quota has a different registration process, different eligibility criteria, and separate payment portals or links.

3.If you want to register for both quotas, you'll typically have to make two separate payments,one under each quota's respective registration.

S ingle payment is not allowed unless the authority explicitly gives an option to combine,which is rare.
