CBSE students are not provided with class XI marksheet, and thus it wouldn't be mandatory to submit them. Given that you have specified to be a CBSE student, it wouldn't be necessary. It hasn't been mandatory till 2018. But if they have specified it as a mandatory document this year, you can ask your school to issue the XIth marksheet for you and file it with the other documents.
