Yes you can apply there, but there are much better college for law in UP. It may be unsafe for sometime when there is tension in the campus, there use to be tension from student organizations etc. But its upon you whether to take or not. But I will suggest to apply for the other best colleges like bhu, allahabad University where llb is much better than aligarh.
