If you got 82 percentile in jee mains then you will not able to get good nit or iiit but there are some chance that you get some of gfti college.

If you belong to general category, it is very difficult to get any IIIT/NIT/GFTI in JoSAA counselling. You might get lower branch in CSAB rounds in lower ranked or newer or northeastern NITS. Also apply for private colleges which accept jee main score.

I will recommend you to check last year closing rank and you can go for special rounds also if you are lucky enough you will get a seat.
