You didn't mention your category and also your home state. If you have secured a CRL rank of 14,919 then I guess you must wait for jossa counselling morever VIT vellore is also not a bad option. Vit is also not a bad option. It is known for its best placement and faculties so if you get your desired branch in that college as well you can go for it.
