Hello,
Well my friend you can do both either garner some work experience from the company that you have mentioned here or you can give cat and other entrance exams and join mba as a fresher. It totally depends upon your choice. When it comes to placements, engineers always have a upper hand due to their technical skills.
Well if you want to garner some work experience then go for it. It will give you experience about corporate culture and you can relate all those skills when you opt for mba.
I wish you all the best for your future.
Cheers !!

Which b school mentioned about experience.
I don't think experience is mandatory for every b-school.
