Its totally depends on you because giving a whole year is not easy. You need to be mentally ready for this. You need to decide by yourself do I have the potential to crack IPM & if you are ready, then you should drop but if you have any slight confusion regarding this you better not. You need to decide that are you ready to study every single for the next 365 days for your dream college if yes then you should & if you have any confusion don't go for it.

In interview the experts will just ask you the reason for drop & if you can tell them your reason with confidence, I don't think you will face any problem.
