Don't worry about the number of attempt, check whether how much less you score than the cutoff. If you think you can cover it in a year than you should surely take a drop. But if the difference is of more than 80 marks than don't drop as it may be a risk.

As I gain 114 marks only in Neet. .I know it's risky to drop out but I want to drop but my parents are not ready to take risk

You can drop for next year because its your first chance but your score is very less , if you want to drop you have to make serious efforts to get a seat otherwise its a risk factor next year too
