First of all I would suggest you to confirm once whether you are filling correct form or not, read the name of application along with all the details and guidelines properly for that.

If you are filling the correct application then there's no issue it many ask details of 10 th too. 

Also many times the details to be filled in for m is based on your qualifications and they provide option to select your qualification while form filling process for eg., In engineering admission application  there are two options such as diploma or 12 th and you have to select proper one based on your qualifications.

So, check for such a case.
