Should I go for a mass communication course after completion of a NG M.A. in English literature?

Yes, you can pursue a masters degree in mass communication after completing your MA in English Literature. The basic eligibility across institutes offering mass comm, states that candidates must be a graduate from any discipline. The only thing you need is to be passionate about the programme and sure that you wish to have this change in your educational degree. If you are sure, the learnings would be interesting and fun. I am not really sure about the title "NG" you have mentioned. Hope the answer brings clarity
