Dear Varun, you cannot get a PR with a student visa. Canada is currently on top of the list which has easy PR process. But when it comes to study Clinical Psychology, Europe is the better among the two Countries. England has best collegs for Clinical Psychology. The PR might take a while but the exposure towards Clinical Psychology and opportunities are better in England than in Canada.
