Both colleges are good private institutions.  Now you should choose branch of your interest that is whether you like computer science or electronics and instrumentation branch. Also you should check for which college is more near to your home place to go and study. If you have interest in computer science then you should go for manipal jaipur if interest in electronics then you can opt eic at thapar. Placement of both cse at manipal and eic at thapar dont have much difference. Even placement depends on what knowledge you have about the stream and that too is based on your interest.
