you should definitely go for IIT coaching. i see most of the students taking coaching from class 9 or 10 for iit. you should Start your coaching as early as you can. You should also focus on your boards cause if you get less then 60% in your boards then you can't apply for entrence exam. So if you are sufficient enough to manage both (coaching or boards) then you should go for coaching.

Most of topics of 11th and 12th standards match with topics of JEE mains. So if one maintain time and follow a proper study plan then he/she can manage both iit coaching and boards together.  Offcourse board is main so you should focus board but if you have capability to maintain both then you can do both at same time by following some strategies.

It's totally up to you. If you can manage both at the same time you can go for both. Even it's better to join IIT coaching from 11th itself, so that you have enough time to prepare. If you do it aftter 12th you won't get much time to prepare for the test.

Dont push yourself or don't take too much stress.
