As per the directions given in the counselling and Admission process of NCHM counselling, it mandates a candidate allotted a seat in counselling rounds to 'Personally' report to the Reporting Centre (RC). Note that you can report to any reporting centre of your convenience. 

The brochure in this regards states that- 

"Candidates who are allotted seats will have to pay the seat acceptance fee online and personally report to any one of the Reporting Centers for document verification and seat confirmation...Candidates, who fail to report to RC within the specified period to the RC, their allotted seat would be cancelled and they would not be eligible only for 3rd and Final Round, not other counselling rounds in between."
