Hi Aryan,
Hope you are doing well. If you are really interested in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, then I would strongly suggest you to go for NIT Nagaland as NIT is a top institution in India where you have the highest chances of getting placed in good companies. But if you are interested in other branches like CSE, ECE and so on, I would recommend you to go for COMED-K colleges as 4,000 rank is very impressive and you can get even CSE seats in top colleges. But at last the choice is yours. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
