You can prepare for jee mains and board at the same time by giving proper time to complete the ncert book.Generally the questions are asked from ncert in 12th boards ..so it will not be too difficult for you to score 75% marks in class 12th.Just clear your concepts and practice regularly with ncert book that's enough for 12th.For jee mains start solving previous years questions and mock tests so that you can analyse yourself.

Preparation for both the exams are very important.Because the marks of 12th class are considered everywhere,even in your JEE mains exam also(75% atleast) and in many other competetitve exams.

Do not ignore anyone,Prepare JEE exam very well because after prepairing for the JEE you would be able to compete for other exams too.

Maintain a proper balance with both these two.
