BBA takes 3 years to complete in India and b.tech takes 4 years .If you want to complete studies faster and have much interest in BBA  then you should prefer BBA,but I recommend you to do b.tech if you interest in it  Because ,In b.tech you can choose the department  in which you want to specialize in and can get many opportunities after completion of 4 years.

You can choose either of them if you are interested in both.Choosing Btech will help you to shape yourself before doing heavy MBA as it brings enthusiasm needed for MBA where as BBA acts as a base for taking up MBA.

Finally i would suggest you to go for BTech if you want to have both technological and non technological degree.
