Skipping any of the chapters in biology, especially for the aspirants of NEET it is not at all suggestible. We can obviously guess the important chapters but not the non- important chapters. Important chapters in biology for NEET EXAM are:-

  • Human Physiology Biological Classification Molecular Basis of Inheritance
  • Biomolecules
  • Biological Classification
  • Molecular Basis of Inheritance
  • Animal Kingdom
  • Reproduction
  • Ecosystems
  • Human Health and Diseases

Hey Dear ,

hope you are preparing well for NEET 2020, while preparation for NEET one should have a clear idea about the weightage of different chapters of different subject . if the chapter you want to skip has a lower weightage in the past years then you can skip it and carry on with other important topics which generally have higher weightage . but skipping and completing are one side and revising has its own importance . So try to revise what you have completed till now so that you have a good control over them. Try to learn smartly .

wishing you all the best for NEET 2020 .

Hello!

No , you should not skip 1st chapter of biology of class 11 if you are preparing for the neet examination, as the 1st chapter of class 11 i.e Living world is a very chapter and even if you start studying it from a scratch, you can easily prepare this chapter within 3-5 hours depending upon your pace of studying and grasping concepts. Also from the 1s chapter , on an average 1-2 questions are asked in neet and 1-2 questions means 4-8 marks in neet examination and you cannot afford to miss around 8 marks in a highly competitive entrance examination like neet where every single mark counts . So in short, you should not skip it at any cost

Thankyou

Hello!!

No ,you cant do this if you want to secure good marks in neet .you have to read every single chapter of biology whether its weightage is more or less, also solve practice paper or previous year question set for understanding the pattern of questions asked from this chapter.

Thank you.
