Dear Aspirant,

You should participate in CSAB counseling even if you are getting Uttar Pradesh State college. The counseling is free and if you are allotted a college then if you think that college is better than the college which is allotted to you by Uttar Pradesh then upgrade to that college. However, if you do not have good rank and unsure about upgrade then it is advisable you go with the college which is already allotted to you.
