If you think you like PCB, but have no interest in becoming a doctor, I suggest you should take the stream. You will have a lot of career options still available to you.

You could pursue a basic sciences course eg. in Biotech/Life Sciences etc, and further go into research or teaching.

Actually in reality you don't like the stream which you are going to study then I think that you shouldn't go over the Stream. You shouldn't go for medical with no real interest in becoming a doctor r. Instead of that you can become professor or teachers also. But if you don't have any relevant interest in the whole medical course you shouldn't go for it. Hope  it will help you

Pususing medical is a long long journey. Not only will you have to toil in the 2 years of high school,but college also wont be easy if you are not interested in what is happening there. Any successful doctor has given atleast 7 years of their life studying their specialization. Do you think you would be able to give so much time to something you don't like?

In fact, you are at an advantage that you already know you don't like medical, there are hundreds of students who pursue a stream they don't like because of lack of awareness and end up regretting it.
