As far as I understood your question, you want to know whether it is necessary to score 75 and above in each Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in 12th standard for getting through BITSAT.

BITSAT is an entrance test conducted for admission to all the BITs. Here admission is totally based on your BITSAT score and direct admission is given only to the board toppers. So it's not necessary to score more than 75 in each subject but it would be better if you keep your aggregate PCM percentage more than 75%. It helps you during the placements where most of the companies demand PCM > 75 and CGPA>7.5.

So better be on the safe side and try to score as much as you can.

According to the JEE Mains 75% criteria, you should possess a total aggregate of 75% or more in following five subjects combined. The five subjects are:

- Physics

- Chemistry

- Mathematics

- Language

- Any other Subject

This is a compulsion for taking admission in an IIT, NIT, GFTI or IIIT.

"The candidate should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects (if he/she has taken Mathematics in BITSAT) or a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects (if he/she has taken Biology in BITSAT) in 12th class examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics / Biology subjects".

It means aggregate percentage in physics chemistry and maths should be 75 %

and no less than 60 marks in each (it means if you have aggregate 75% but less than 60 marks in any of pcm then it will not do )
