should we hav to pay security deposit for up medical councelling and how much for private??

Hey! 

You dont need to pay security deposits unless you have got admission in the college from the counselling. And the amount needed for deposit in the fees criterion in that particular college so it shall vary from college to college although all the government college of the state have same fees and it differs only in private colleges.

Security deposit needn't be paid to the counselling authority.
It needs to be paid to the college you join. Security deposits largely depend on the college you join and is very minimal in government colleges and varies in private college
It can range to RS 7000 also in private medical college.
