Hey Minimini,

If you understand the concept of the disease, then symptoms should not be a problem. However, stick to the syllabus. Learning extra does no harm however, it can waste your time. Stick to your NCERT books and continue studying hard. All the very best for your preparations!

Hi Minimini, 

For NEET UG, please strictly follow whatever is in the syllabus. For that NCERT text books is the best guide. one must study the text books very thoroughly with giving importance to each and every word. Diseases that are included in the syllabus also needs to be read thoroughly even the symptoms. You may leave out any disease which are not included in the syllabus.
