I hope you are doing fine, As the MBBS Degree is of 4.5 Years duration so you will have to pay the fee of 4.5 Years. This 4.5 Years also include your Internship but for Internships you don't need to pay extra fee for internships. In some colleges students also get stipends. So checkout with your college.
