No there is no need to register separately for colleges because you directly have to register for counselling of AP EAMCET and then fill the web options as per your preferred choices and previous year's cut-offs and then after each round you will be allotted a seat as per your rank in AP EAMCET then you will be having option to confirm it or leave it so there if you confirm the seat then you will have to report to college for further admission process.
