No it will be invalid as signature of parents (father,mother or any guardian) is required to be uploaded on jee mains application form.So try to get your parents signature as early as possible because the last date to submit form is 1st January 2018.For more details you can contact jee through email or telephone numbers mentioned in jee mains website.
