This is the first time I'm hearing of such a quota. I dont think there is one. When it comes to college admissions in India, the categories you have are based on the community you come from.
Like General, SC,OBC,ST. There is also reservation for Person with disability (PWD). Government colleges do have a certain number of seats reserved for girls. But I'm not really sure about "Single Girl Child" quota.
