Based on this score the chances are less to get a seat in Governmnet colleges for MBBS, BAMS, BHMS programme but you can try for the private colleges or Deemed universities for MBBS & BDS & You can also apply private colleges for BAMS, BHMS programme.

Honestly you have very little chance in government colleges with your marks. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

General Category: 50th percentile 

SC/ST/OBC: 40th Percentile

Physically handicapped:45th Percentile
