Hello,
As you mentioned you have secured 90 percentile in jee mains let me tell if you are from general category then it is not possible for you to get cse branch in government colleges.
Instead you should give a try for GFTIs like Gurughasidas bilaspur, Kongri Vishwavidyalaya, BIT Mesra, Assam University.
If you want to check out the colleges you can get , you can take help from the college predictor link given below-

Dear Student,
The rank list for JEE 2022 has already been released. Please mention your rank next time whenever you ask something as it helps in a more precise prediction of colleges. I hope you understand my point.
A percentile of 90 would fetch you a rank somewhere around 83000. Since you have not mentioned your category, I will consider you as a general candidate. It is a bit difficult to get NITs and IIITs at this rank. You can get GFTIs at this rank.
LIST OF GFTIs AT THIS PERCENTILE:
NOTE: This is just a prediction. It may or may not be 100% true. However, you can get a rough idea of the colleges that you can expect at this rank.
You should also consider to fill the CSAB Counselling. CSAB counselling is conducted after the JoSAA counselling and it is conducted for the seats that remain vacant after the JoSAA counselling. There you can get NITs/ IIITs at higher ranks. So you should definitely go for that.
