Heya Chanchal.
For any further studies its very important to be comfortable in English. As MBA courses are in English format mostly. So i would suggest you to join a English learning coaching for some time. And be comfortable in basic English then improve yourself by working upon it.
Then apply for MBA in which ever stream you want
