Hey Akash.
First of all, the medium of Instruction for DU LLB entrance exam is English. Other than that the DU LLb exam also has a separate section to test your English. Hence a good hold in English would be required to clear this exam. You can easily work on it till the exam. You can join a course or classes for English. If you want to work on your own you can use various apps that are available these days for teaching English. Other than that, also from the exam point to view you can use word power by Normal Lewis for Vocabulary. You can use the wren and Martin book for  grammar. If you don't want to purchase separate books then you can easily find substitutes on the internet. Also start reading the newspaper properly especially the Editorial section it will improve your GK as well as English.

Dear Akash, First off Language can never be a barrier to your dreams. Agreed that you might face difficulty in the initial days because you have to get accustomed to the Terminology like New legal terms and the lectures because you are listening to them for the first time. But after 2-3 months, you will become well versed with it. You will always have Faculty, friends and Seniors who will help you and guide you. So there is nothing to really worry. And not knowing English is one more reason to study in DU because you can improve your communication skills because you will have students from every part of the Country studying along with you. You need to categorise your priorities. Your first priority will be to clear the DU LLB Entrance Examination. Rest you can think of once you join the college. The DU LLB Exam Pattern is quite simple. Questions will be given from english Language and Comprehension, Analytical Abilities, General Knowledge and Current affairs and Legal Awareness and Aptitude. Practise previous question papers and keep reading News Papers for updated current affairs and you will do just fine.

For studying in Delhi University, there's no criteria if eligibility that you must know English. You can study in DU without having a command over English. As long as you are able to understand what is being taught in the class your 'not well's English is not a constraint for you.

So I don't take it as a drawback and stop yourself from taking admissions in your desired colleges or universities.
