You don't need to worry even if you are 28 years old , you are still eligible for neet examination with your age but sorry you are not eligible not for AFMC

You can check the neet eligibility criteria provided below :-

• Neet eligibility criteria says that to be eligible , in your 12th exam you must have passed individually in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology ,English and you must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in PCB in your class 12th board examination if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories .

• There's no upper limit for neet 2020 examination

• Minimum age limit is 17 years old , to be eligible for neet 2020 one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December 2020

When it comes to admission in AFMC ,
then there in upper age limit i.e One must not be more than 24 years of age and minimum age limit is 17 years , So now that you are 28 years old, you are not eligible for admission in AFMC

For admission in AFMC, after qualifying neet cut off of AFMC , one has to also give some additional examination to get admission in AFMC i.e

• Test of English Language, Comprehension, Logic, and Reasoning which is called ToELR, and
• Psychological Assessment Test i.e. PAT ,
• Interview
• Medical fitness exam
