hello Sai,

According to me you should be getting civil branch in Nit Jalanar on seeing your rank.

As your rank lies between closing and opening rank set by CSAB.It can be techinal error showing to you.You should contact to CSAB helpline no.

And write a mail to them.

you can also contact to Nit jalandar,share your rank and technical error,they may help.

please comment again in this if your problem is not solved.

The opening and closing rank list released officially considerals all the categories. So might be in your category the closing rank was lower than your rank.
However if you still have doubt do contact the helpline number given on the official CSAB website and tell them your query.
