You haven't mentioned the name of the university for which you're enquiring, you can write down the details so that your query can be addressed in more proper manner, nonetheless University of Calcutta is expected to release the application form of BCom on 18th July at the official website at

the eligibility criteria regarding this is passed 10+2 from a recognized board having studied English as a subject, once the link is activated you need to visit the official website, and prior to it keep handy the following documents for filling up the application form;

• proof of date of birth,
• mark sheet of  last qualifying examination,
• if only applicable then caste certificate, bpl certificate, pwd certificate, registration certificate,
• scanned photo and signature as per prescribed format,
