Off course you can, after completing your UG you can apply for Master's Degree in the same subject. First of all, select the best university or College you wish to go and find out whether they have any entrance examinations as part of the eligibility criteria. Work accordingly and reach your aim.

Yes of course.

You may go for PG diploma, or M.S or M.Sc, in any of the related fields such Radio Diagnosis, Imaging Technology, Imaging Technology, Radiological Sciences, X-Ray Radiography and Ultrasonography. Other than that, you may go for MBA, or simply prepare for IAS.
