hey dear, yes you can certainly apply for NDA if you are younger than 19 years of age. You must clear the written exam of Nda and then SSB interview either at bhopal or banglore.But you cannot apply for technical entry Navy and Army because the 10th and 12th marks should be obtained in first attempt.
