Yes, you are eligible. But I would rather suggest you to either pursue a Lateral Entry/Part Time B.Tech Degree or an Associate Degree (A.M.I.E) equivalent to B.Tech, after 10th+Diploma in Engineering. After BTech in Engineering, you have considerably better career scope and job prospects in your respective field. After BTech, and a short job tenure, you may even opt for a MTech in Engineering or a MBA, to advance your career.
