These are two different areas. For the first, you need Computer Science while for Robotics a background in mechatronics is ideal. You could study in one and pursue the other side by side on your own. No college offers them in combination as far as I know. However many colleges affiliated to IPU offer Automation & Robotics. Pls see the rankings of any college before you apply and take admissions.
