Artificial intelligence is a complete feild. It has various aspects and uses in the feild of Technology. You can't sum up it in a course. But many colleges provide it as additional course with CSE and ECE. And many coachings and companies also teach you some part of this feild.

But the toughness or easiness depends on person to person and their interest. If you have interest in Technology, computer and you will find it interesting and hence will not find it difficult.
