Hope you are doing great ! However both are good if have to choose only one of them then I will suggest you to go with the Rajiv Gandhi institute because it provides a great exposure.One of mine friend was there and now he is in Nepal doing his job there . On the basis of that I will recommend this to you ,also he has a good package ,everything is going great .He is settled very well ..

Rest depend on you ,first option is good but everywhere you need to work hard ,nothing can be achieved so easily.
