I believe that you’re talking about BIET, Jhansi (Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering & Technology). The institute offers 2-year full time MBA program and it’s affiliated to Gautam Budh Technical University (GBTU), Lucknow.

The institute takes admission on the basis of state-level combined entrance exam conducted by GBTU and MTU (Mahamaya Technical University) Noida. There is no mention of UPSEE MBA exam on the official website.
