Clearing JEE Main has been made mandatory for the TES-46 course.

The eligibility criteria for aspirants applying for the Technical Entry Scheme (TES) after Class 12 has been modified by the Indian Army. Joint Entrance Examination (Main) scorecard has been made compulsory to apply for the TES-46 course.
