Yes, you can change your college after 1 year in B.Pharma only under the following conditions:

• Depending on the state you are currently studying.
• You can not change college on the basis of your percentage in examination.
• You can change if your college is ready to give you migration certificate.
• Depending on whether both the colleges are affiliated to the same university.
• In few cases, migration may be permitted with the approval of the Pharmacy Council of India.
