sir can i correct my father name in jee application form ?is there any problem if it is not corrected?

Hii

Yes you can change your JEE mains 2021 application form for May session. If you don't change your father's name in application form, there are chances that you may face issues regarding it later. So better to correct it. You can make corrections in your JEE mains May session form from 9 July - 12 July 2021.

Follow the steps below:
1. Login with your credentials
2. Go to your application
3. Go to form correction
4. Edit and save the changes

No I am unable to change my father name because correction for some deatails like candidate name father mother name ,date of birth is not allowed .if I am not correct it is there any problem in addmission in nit.

You didn't mention the session for which you had appeared for JEE mains 2021. If you cannot change the details then I suppose you had given JEE mains April session or before. So yes there can be a problem during your document verification during counselling. You will get your score and rank as per your marks in JEE mains. But your father's name will be printed the same as in your application. During councelling, you can contact the authorities if they can help you to rectify this mistake during admission.

meka vijaya lakshmi Do not worry. You can apply for the councelling. Since the mistake in is writing prefix, it won't create a problem. But make sure to write it correctly while filling application form next time if you are attempting other exams as well.
