Yes you can get a GFTIs college only if you are from Sc or St. If you are from OBC then might with your domicile combined get you into a GFTI(If from unreserved category nothing can get you in government college from this marks)  but it will be of no use as you will have neither good branch nor a prestigious GFTI. Its far better repeat and work harder for your dreams.

I'm very sorry to inform you that you can't get admission in any good government college..
There is no relation between your board marks and jee mains marks with subject to admission in any govt. college.
Apart from that your marks are also not much satisfying.But if you're from SC/ST category then there are some chances for few govt colleges.
But you can try some private colleges though.there are plenty of good options available.
Personally, I would suggest that if you believe you can do well then you should drop and start preparing and then for sure you get a good govt. college.
