B.tech Civil engineering is 4 years undergraduate course. Admission to this course is based on entrance exam which is conducted at state and national level, exams like jee mains. Also student should have pass 10+2 with at least 50%. 

Yes you can take admission in this course. Admission are generally take place in months between may to august. So make your decision fast regarding admission because at end of august admission of various colleges get close.

Sorry but most of the colleges by this time have started their session so it not possible for you to get admission now but still you try because there might be few private college that would offer the admission.
