Yes you can definitely get admission in IMI, New Delhi  with 95 percentile. The last year cut off for CAT was 90%ile for PGDM, 85%ile for PGDHRM and 83%ile for PGDM (B&FS).

Selection is largely CAT based screening and at PI stage - a written test, psychometric test and personal interview is taken. CAT is used for shortlisting of the candidates. It has minimal weightage in the overall assessment.

But its not just CAT percentile that will decide who gets admission into IMI New Delhi. In IMI they look for applicants who are self-confident, versatile, open to learning with a strong personal integrity and excellent communication. Candidates look for candidates who have faith in ethics and values; are with analytical bend of mind, integrative capabilities and well versed in current affairs including business and trade related issues

IMI New Delhi PGDM course fee is Rs.15.41 lakhs and the average salary has gone upto Rs. 12.54 Lakhs per annum last year with highest package as Rs. 39 Lakhs per annum.

As you are expecting 95 percentile in CAT exam so I will recommend you to also look for some other good colleges where you have a pretty good chance of getting admission like new IIMs, MDI Gurgaon, SP Jain, IITs etc.

All the best for your exams!!

Hi,
You can definitely convert IMI Delhi with 95 percentile in CAT
Last year the cutoff was around 88 percentile

Candidates who have appeared for the CAT 2017 examination or furnished valid GMAT score and have applied to IMI, New Delhi will be shortlisted on the basis of information provided in the application form, CAT scores or GMAT score, educational background, marks in 10th, 12th, graduation and work experience, if any. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the final stage of the selection process.
As far as selection criteria is concerned, past academic performance in graduation, class XII & X, Psychometric Test, Personal Interview besides other qualitative parameters, will constitute the core components of the final stage of the selection process so your academic scores could bring your chances down since they are on the lower side.
Hence getting a higher percentile will definitely help

Good Luck!
