Hello Candidate,
According to your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 96k. Last year the closing rank for JMU was 59653( For Muslim OBC category/civil engineering). Though NTA have not officially declared any cut off lists for 2019 yet but using previous years data we can say you have negligible chances of getting JMU.
