Hi ! No it's a difficult case. You can't have sastra on the basis of your JEE main percentile but can get on the basis of board marks. But still it's a hard deal. So try to get in there with a poor stream because CSE and IT is bit impossible. 

Well, the fees for four will be around 6-10 lacs depending on whether you are staying in hostel or not. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
